Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or holidays. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside of our control (weather, delays, etc.).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We will review the situation and assist you.
